Anti Toxic People exists to help people who have been targeted by workplace toxicity. Some of you will share details of what happened to you. We take that seriously, and this page explains exactly what happens to your information.

What we collect

• Name: whatever you'd like us to call you. It does not need to be your legal name.
• Email address: used only to send you letters from Anti Toxic People.
• Your story (optional): anything you choose to share about what brought you here.

The quiz stays on your device

Name the Pattern, and every other checklist and tool on this site, runs entirely inside your browser. The behaviors you tick, the patterns you are shown, and the plan built around your answers are all worked out on your own device. Nothing you select is sent to us or to anyone else, nothing is written to a server, and nothing is saved between visits. You do not need an account or an email address to use any of it. We never see your answers, so there is nothing for us to store, share, or hand over, and nothing that could be linked to your name or email if you later choose to join.

Who sees it

Your name, email, and story are stored securely and are visible only to the small team running Anti Toxic People. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Your story is never published, quoted, or referenced (even anonymously) without your explicit, separate consent.

What we send you

Occasional letters: short, useful, and never noisy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to us directly.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we delete your story and personal details within 30 days, retaining only the minimum record needed to honor your opt-out.

Security

Submissions are protected against automated abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile) and stored in an access-controlled database. No information is processed by third-party AI tools.

Hosting and cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own, no tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies of any kind. Our hosting and content-delivery provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes standard technical information (like your IP address and request logs) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, the same way any web host does. This is not stored by us directly and is not used to track you across visits or sites.

Your rights

You may request a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely, at any time, for any reason.
